What is PRP Filler?

Platelet filler or "biofiller" is the next generation of regenerative fillers, using your platelets rather than just pure hyaluronic acid filler.

What does PRP contain?

Plasma is key to regenerative medicine and contains platelets and over 300 other active ingredients. Platelets release growth factors that stimulate the formation of new collagen and hyaluronic acid, the hydrating component of the skin.

What kind of platelet fillers are there?

We use three types of platelet filler, and the choice is yours. All products are used to restore volume and soften wrinkles. See the Variables in the Manufacture of PRP.

Biofiller

This filler uses your platelets which are heated and then cooled to form a filler gel. A small number of liquid platelets are then added to activate the gel. A 100% natural biological filler (BioFIller).

Fibrin Rich PRP - Regenlab ATS®

Again a 100% natural filler using a fibrin gel derived from plasma. No heating or cooling is required.

Platelets mixed with Hyaluronic Acid - RegenLab CellularMatrix™

In this filler, we simply mix your platelets with hyaluronic acid. Hyaluronic acid gives volume, whereas the PRP slowly stimulates the surrounding cells to produce collagen, naturally complementing and enhancing the instant effect of hyaluronic acid.

What are the advantages of 100% PRP fillers?

PRP filler is essentially the same as a synthetic hyaluronic acid [HA] filler. Without many of the risks and side effects. Although HA fillers are reversible, their volumising effects are temporary.

Platelet fillers are entirely natural and are removed by the body without a trace. Platelet fillers do the same as synthetic HA filler and can be used to:

  • Increase facial volume

  • Enhancing facial contours

  • Correct facial asymmetry

  • Balance facial proportions

Anyone wishing for a more natural alternative to HA dermal fillers, then platelet filler is the treatment of choice for you!

How is 100% Platelet Filler Made?

We use two systems without the addition of hyaluronic acid.

System One - Biofiller

Biofiller uses your blood which is centrifuged [spun] and then heated to transform into a filler-like gel. After cooling, your platelets are added to activate their regenerative properties. Using the latest technology available, your blood will produce the most natural and effective filler on the market! No branding is required!

System Two - Regenlab ATS®

No heating, cooling or mixing is required, and the fibrin-rich filler comes straight from the tube.

Where else is PRP liquid and filler used?

Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) is widely used in various surgical operations, including head and neck operations, ENT and maxillofacial surgery.

PRP has become a valuable adjunct to promote healing in dental and oral surgery procedures.

This includes jaw reconstruction, surgical repair of periodontal defects and periodontal plastic surgery, and placement of implants.

100% PRP filler is a safe alternative to dermal fillers. The quality of platelets is crucial, and we only use the latest and most innovative systems on the market to maximise the success of your treatment and results.

If you prefer a more instant volumising effect, with the addition of the regenerative and longer effects of platelets, RegenLab CellularMatrix™ is the ideal choice for you.
