Glutathione 600-2400mg

Glutathione is the master anti-oxidant and "Guardian of the Cell'

Glutathione is one of the most important defenders against the harmful effects of daily oxidative stress.

It can be given either:

Intravenously [IV]

Intramuscularly [IM]

What does Glutathione do?

Glutathione is a powerful antioxidant found in every cell in the body.

Glutathione levels in the body may are reduced by several factors such as poor nutrition, environmental toxins and stress.

It also declines with age.

Glutathione is produced naturally by the body and is commonly supplemented intravenously. It has many vital functions, such as anti-ageing effects and detoxifying effects.

A welcome effect of Glutathione supplementation, combined with Vitamin C, is skin brightening.

What benefits are there from IV Glutathione?

Glutathione is a potent antioxidant that is key to almost all body functions, including:

  • Supporting the immune cells and their function

  • Lightening the skin by inhibiting melanin [pigment] production

  • Reducing inflammation

  • Allowing your body to break down fatPromoting high energyImprove mental clarity

  • Anti-ageing properties

  • Improving the quality of sleep

  • Combating stress from sleep apnea

  • Detoxifying

  • Fighting oxidative stress

  • Being the first line of protection against environmental chemicals and toxins

Glutathione as a de-pigmentation agent

Aside from its many biological functions, topical Glutathione has been shown to have a role in skin lightening by reducing pigment [melanin] synthesis.

Symptoms of low Glutathione levels

Patients with low glutathione levels may experience:

  • Chronic fatigue

  • Weakness

  • Headaches

  • Dizziness

  • Problems sleeping

  • Frequent illnesses

  • Dermatitis

  • Difficulty concentrating

  • Painful joints

  • Mood instability or depression

Glutathione levels get lower as you age

Glutathione levels lower as you age as the oxidative stresses increase.

Although you can boost your own levels of glutathione by changes in diet, the most effective way is by either an intramuscular injection [IM] or intravenously [IV] direct into the bloodstream.

Glutathione IV push or IV infusion

Glutathione can also be given intravenously through a drip.

A variety of higher doses are possible using this route (unlike intramuscular).

Doses:

600 mg in 5ml

1200 mg in 10ml

1800 mg in 15ml

2400 mg in 100ml

These are given over 3 to 20 minutes.
